Traveling on I-40 toward Asheville from East

Traveling on I-40 west toward Asheville.
Take exit 55 following sign indication VA Hospital and turn left at NC 70 (also Tunnel Rd). In one mile, turn right on Blue Ridge Parkway entrance (You will transit under a Parkway bridge first.). Take the Parkway north following a brown Folk Art Center sign. After about eight miles, exit, following signs to Weaverville and the Vance home. The actual exit from the Parkway is Elk Mountain Highway, but it forks to the left at Ox Creek Rd. Take Ox Creek Rd. right about two miles and find the Ox Glen Vacation Rentals sign on the right. Treetops I and II are the second sharp left as you proceed up a slope.

Stay on I-26 as it connects with I-240 and follow signs to Rts. 19 and 23 as well as “Future I-26.” Proceed north to New Stock Rd. There is a brown sign indicating the Vance Home. There is a right yield and traffic light as you exit to New Stock Rd. Take a slight right and then turn left almost immediately at US 25. (also Merrimon Rd). Drive one mile and turn right at a traffic light onto Reems Creek Rd. In about five miles, you will pass a fire station on the left. In another one-quarter mile, turn right on Ox Creek Rd. There is a sign there indicating the way to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Take Ox Creek Rd. right about two miles and find Ox the Glen Vacation Rentals sign on the left. Treetops II is at the second sharp left as you proceed up a slope.
